We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced BCBA to serve as Clinical Director at our facility in North Dallas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or clinical director role, and will possess strong skills in leadership, communication, and team building. We are looking for a candidate who is entrepreneurial and has a passion for bringing new ideas to the table and shaping company growth. A love for the operational and management aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is essential for this role.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical team, managing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients.
