Bartender shifts available Friday-Sunday 4PM-9PM. The wage is $8.25+tips. Benefits include a discounted meal before or after your shift.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee that the bar, glasses and any materials used to mix drinks are clean and displayed in an attractive, functional manner.
- Greet customers in a happy manner and set the scene for them to have a good time.
- Check customer identification to verify they are of legal drinking age.
- Suggest items and answer questions so our customers get just what they want.
- Respond quickly to any requests in a professional way that encourages them to open up and spend more time.
- Serve and prepare drinks by following standard recipes, or take custom orders to make their drinks how they prefer.
- Communicate with guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a sincere manner.
- Interact with other staff to ensure effective operations so guests receive their food as accurately as possible.
- Prepare dishes in the kitchen as needed.
- Handle food responsibly.
- Provide a caring experience.
- Stock inventory to keep operations flowing smoothly.
- Take phone calls and pack to-go orders.
