Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Negotiable/Top Pay for the Highly Qualified Candidates with excellent benefits. Experience will determine starting Compensation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires someone with heavy automotive administrative knowledge. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Auto Dealership experience is a MUST! Any candidate without automotive dealership experience will not be considered.

All candidates must pass a background and drug screening. All Full-time employees are eligible for medical coverage after grace period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and processing tag and title documents for all out-of-state titling Preparing checks as necessary for Lien Holders and Auctions.

• Accurately process incoming new and used vehicle titles daily from dealership – Post to General Ledger
• Flip trade titles to the dealership name
• Pull E-titles for vehicle trades
• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Payoff vehicle liens
• Submit titles electronically and print memos
• Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Contribute to and encourages others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.
• Contribute to effective operations by providing support where and when needed on sale/customer promotion dates.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Detail Oriented with strong work ethics and habits * Highly Organized * Able to work on time-sensitive data and meet or exceed deadlines.
• Knowledge of CVR, VA, DC, and MD Titles
• Understanding of automotive accounting
• Good working knowledge of computers, Word and Excel
• Strong Communication skills
• Willingness to grow and succeed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in Business Administration or Finance highly preferred or Substantial Experience within the Industry.

• Two years minimum of automotive dealership Tag and Title experience

• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

• Experienced with business applications and accounting software

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately

• Strong data entry and management skills

• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

• Highly professional and dependable

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Must Have Strong and Verifiable References/Must pass a Background and Drug screening to be considered for the Position!
