Automotive Tag & Title Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepares and processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state of Georgia. Including registration renewals, State changes, replacement tags, as well duplicate titles to be processed at the State’s Dept. of Revenue.

· Verifies that taxes and fees are accurate.

· Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.

· Communicates with clients for additional information or documents.

· Compiles and maintains a complete list of tag & title processing rules and regulations for all 159 counties in Georgia.

· Communicates with Counties for status updates.

· Stays abreast of title regulations.

· Answers questions from potential clients and sends company information to prospects.

· Directs title runner in daily routines.

· Maintains a professional appearance and an organized work area.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or the equivalent.

· Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

· 2 years of experience at a dealership or tag office.

· Excellent computers skills; data management; knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programs.

· Ability to pay attention to detail, solve problems and communicate effectively.

· Good Judgment, team work and time management.

· All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

· All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
