As a Lube technician you are responsible for, but not limited to performing a range of automotive maintenance services, shop cleaning and organizing, moving vehicles around lot, performing short test drives, maintaining equipment, good communication with management and service adviser staff.
A good candidate should possess:
-Friendly customer interaction ability
-High respect for customer vehicles and shop equipment
-Ability to work well with others
-Organization, priority and safety skills
-Ability to follow direction
-Basic knowledge of and experience in performing vehicle maintenance
-Willingness to learn and develop
-Desire to go the extra mile and set a good example
-Positive attitude
-Good sense of urgency
-Basic Automotive Service tools
-Current TX drivers license
-Current State emission and safety inspector certificate
