The Associate Financial Officer (AFO) is responsible for marketing, marketplace development, communication, relationship building and overall growth of their portfolio through a focused balance of sales, marketing and support targeting agricultural loans and walk-in customers in retail offices. The AFO will originate loans based on market needs and service portfolio as assigned. In a collaborative environment, this position will also build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers by providing consistent high-quality service that is timely, detailed, and responsive to the needs of different partners.
