Associate Director, Website Development – Public Relations and Creative Marketing

As Associate Director, Website Development, you will …
- Lead a team of talented web developers to create modern, mobile friendly websites for advisor clients across the country
- Collaborate with various teams across the firm as well as third-party vendors to create and maintain corporate websites used by financial professionals, recruits, and associates with an emphasis on our culture, brand, and financial solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and consult on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a team-oriented environment
- Plan and direct the work of our Source website developers
- Possess high level knowledge of trends in creative design, processes, products, digital media, websites, as well as the firm's industry and competitive positioning
- Format website content, creating CSS, XHTML/HTML, and QA of development
- Maintain graphical standards and branding throughout corporate websites
- Work with PRCM leadership to oversee corporate websites
- Maintain graphical standards and branding throughout corporate websites
- Maintain file system within Adobe Experience Manager
- Drive overall department effectiveness by monitoring morale and work quality
- Manage the budgetary process for appropriate areas
- Maintain accurate records and document actions for areas managed
- Interface within the company in a professional and courteous manner to achieve the Company’s common goals and ensure communication of those goals and statuses to all necessary parties
Qualifications: what we’re looking for …
- Bachelor's degree or four years or more of work experience required
- Degree in Website Design, Visual Communication and Design, or Digital Media preferred
- Experience in front-end website development, including creating CSS, XHTML/HTML, and QA of development
- Experience utilizing the Adobe Suite preferred
- High level knowledge of trends in creative design, processes, products, digital media, and website development
- Strong oral and written skills, interpersonal and human relations skills, and assertiveness
- Consistently meeting deadlines, and comfortable with demanding timelines
