Assistant Kitchen Manager

Bar 3 Bar-B-Q of Belgrade is seeking to hire Assistant Kitchen Managers. Position is open immediately. We located in the heart of Southwest Montana, just minutes from Bozeman and a short drive from Yellowstone and Paradise Valley. Established in 2001 and recently relocated into a fully renovated historical property that includes a brewery and distillery, we are thriving in a growing community and seeking a qualified assistant kitchen managers to grow with us.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years commercial fast paced cooking experience and 3 years supervising experience – Not Fast Food
• Knowledge of Kitchen Systems
• Ability to provide direction, coaching and leadership for all employees
• ServSafe
• Excellent communication skills, time management and delegation
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights/weekends, holidays as needed
• Able to meet physical demands consistent with BOH operations
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
