JOB PURPOSE:
Performs specific assembly on parts/equipment, document all results on the test reports and submit variances and nonconformance reports as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned):
- Meet due dates and schedules
- Understand and know how to use tools properly and have knowledge of using all parts, equipment and different techniques.
- Perform specified assembly of parts/equipment.
- Notify appropriate personnel of variances or nonconformance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand the details of assembly drawings, schematic diagrams and bills of materials
- Correctly complete all relevant paperwork and also follow deadlines
- Follow orders and assembly data sheets etc
- Alignments, repairs and inspect the parts
- They need to pay attention to the clearance requirements of moving parts to make adjustments to speed, timing or output, thereby ensuring continuity, quality and safety
- Give suggestions on ways to improve the product or processes

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Equipment Used: Tools, meters and computers.
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
- Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of assembly
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED and 0-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Language Skills: Good written and verbal skills, excellent documentation and legible writing.
- Mathematical Skills: good basic math skills
- Reasoning Ability: Able to understand technical documentation, blueprints, charts, operating instructions etc,
- Attendance Requirement: Normal business hours, may vary depending on business demands.
- Travel Requirement: Varies depending on projects
