We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team as an Architectural Designer. We have opportunities in our retail, restaurant, and life sciences teams.
Job Duties
- Timely and accurate production of project deliverables
- Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes and address comments on architectural drawings; assuming responsibility for accuracy of work
- Solve space planning & adjacency requirements
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Participate in improving architecture production methods
- Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
Key Skills
- Ability to ask the right questions at the right time
- Communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing
- Work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Complete tasks on time with accuracy and with strong attention to detail
- Work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others
- Familiarity with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience
- Ability to use Revit in a professional setting; a Revit assessment will be administered
- Degree in architecture or a related field preferred
- Experience on retail projects a plus
- Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
Compensation: $30/hour to $35 an hour
