Requirements:
• Be able to work with ambiguities and drive projects towards success proactively
• Good communication skills
• familiar with code requirements and be able to red flag potential non-compliance early on
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Licensed architect in the state of California is a plus.
• Construction administration experience.
• Work well under pressure and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be highly organized with outstanding prioritization skills.
