Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter, you would be the initial contact for the Veterans. No cold calling, we call leads generated through our campaigns and websites from the Veterans themselves. The setter would pre-qualify the vet based on if their service-connected disabilities can be raised and set the appointment for the consultants. 

 

Our Support department helps the rating consultants with the veteran review files, check medical records, fill out VA forms and a lot more. The Support staff are the backbone of the organisation.

 

These positions are full time (40hr/week), with an above minimum base wage and commission incentive. Wages are paid per week. There is rapid room for growth within the company as well.
 

The Appointment Setter responsibilities can include the following:

  • Contact Company provided leads to set qualified appointments.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various services.
  • Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales.
  • Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
  • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in excel or google sheets.
     

The Support teams responsibilities can include the following:

  • Administrative support to multiple business affiliates.
  • Act as a liaison between affiliate companies and doctor networks.
  • Review and prepare files and documents for the doctor network and the VA.
  • Quality check files, perform file audits and proofread documentation.
  • Conduct courtesy calls and payment reminder calls to our clients.
  • Manage the flow of files through our multi-step process.
  • Upload/Download documents to/from CRM & cloud storage.
  • Review and organize medical records.


Full training is provided.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Prefered).
  • Proficient computer skills (Windows Operating System).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • Clean background check.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation.
