Position Description

The Applications Success Manager is charged with accelerating the delivery of revenue-generating and/or value-added client facing and internal applications that improve business process and the user experience.  This includes managing and supporting MS 365 applications (particularly growing adoption of SharePoint Online, Office, Teams), in addition to other enterprise-wide applications such as Litera Desktop Bundle, Intapp Time, Adobe, DocuSign, etc.  Responsibilities include introducing new features as released and ensuring users receive ongoing training and identifying new applications/services.  The Applications Success Manager is involved in all aspects of new application deployment, from initial research, evaluation, acquisition, design, testing, implementation and, finally, training and support.   The Applications Success Manager works closely with the Firm’s Learning and Change Management Consultants and administers the Firm’s Learning Management  and Security Awareness Systems.

After application deployment and training, it is the Applications Success Manager’s job to ensure that the Firm realizes the full value of its technology investment.  This means working with the Firm’s Virtual Trainer to ensure users are familiar with all features and functionality of the applications they use to support their job functions.
