Application Processor

Due to national expansion, established Clearwater, Florida based Medicaid Done Right needs motivated team members, with outstanding customer service skills and a drive to succeed, to process Medicaid long term care applications, (ICP)

This job is a great fit for someone from a caseworker background, for example, mortgage processors, loan processors, case managers, collections, paralegals etc.

You need the ability to manage multiple cases and a drive to succeed.

Comprehensive training will be given in the process and Medicaid.

Medicaid Application Processor Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing required documentation; corresponding with patients, state workers and your teammates for the successful processing of applications from start to finish.

Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities for Medicaid Application Processors:
 

• Highly organized and detail focused.
• Outstanding customer service skills via the phone / email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong, goal-driven personality.
• Able to multi-task and manage a high volume of client files.
• Ability to define problems, research solutions and complete task.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook,
