Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Financial System Analyst with six (6) years of full-time professional DoD experience performing a variety of budgetary and programming functions to include appropriation expenditures, obligations processing and monitoring, allocation of expenditures, and allocation of and reviews requests for allotments of funds for distribution to program managers. Experience in providing financial advisory services and guidance for the customer base. Experience in preparing budgetary guidance and/or interpretations of guidance in one or more phases of budgeting for use by department staff and program managers in accomplishing budget responsibilities.
