Do you enjoy interacting and working with youth? This is your chance to inspire and engage youth, show them a world of possibilities in and outside of the classroom and help them prepare for their future one day at a time. Come join the highly skilled Dreamline team at the Sanneh Foundation!
The Sanneh Foundation’s Dreamline program is a holistic approach to improving academic achievement which is based on evidence that students who develop powerful relationships with caring and trusted adults begin to change attitudes toward school, themselves, and their future. Promise Fellows will be active members of the Dreamline team and provide academic and mentoring support to middle and high school youth in 6th – 10th grades. Promise Fellows will deliver in-classroom academic and social-emotional support in assigned classroom/Dreamline Room focusing on students with the highest academic and social needs. They also will provide a combination of homework help, leadership skills development and enrichment activities after school.
Dreamline is data-driven in program design, implementation, and continuous improvement. The goal of the program is to increase the probability of educational success for lower-performing students and focuses on results in two primary program areas: positive attitudes toward school and improved grades.
