Description:
Detail oriented Scrum master to oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle and proactively monitor progress to ensure any roadblocks are addressed immediately and project status is communicated effectively in order to meet project requirements and deadlines. -
Experience with leading project in scrum or other agile methodologies for large and complex projects involving various system applications, services, and databases-
Proficient with Agile Ceremonies and be able to effectively use agile principles to deliver-
Craft and implement processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction-
Think creatively, work collaboratively, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.-
Work with technology, operations and business partners to understand and facilitate tasks, bridge any gaps in communication, anticipate and resolve problems deficientlyMaintain accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics-
Manage multiple mid to large size projects simultaneously in fast paced environment-
Projects: New Account Opening; Data Migration;
