Agency Social Worker

Agency Social Worker - assess, plan, provide and monitor foster care services for CSKF agency in located in Riverside and Moreno Valley.  Candidate must have the skills to perform assessments of kids and families with focus on their needs; then develop and recommend a care plan that meets identified needs; upon approval, implements the care plan and monitor its progress; this includes but not limited to weekly home visitations, timely and accurate case notes documentation required for each visit; The right candidate must have the passion, commitment and the "gift" to create and maintain positive relationships with our clients (kids and resource parents); must have the skill to analyze situations and provide "creative" solutions; highly competent in verbal and written communications (bi-lingual in Spanish a plus); must be very organized, able to multi-task and very good in prioritizing. An MSW degree is required with two-years experience in social work or related field.
