Job Description:

The person qualified for this position has experience in customer relations and acts as a liaison between real estate agents and office team brokers.

As this position interacts on behalf of our brand, personality, communication skills and attention to detail is very important. The ability to articulate the brand values while confidently providing direction and support is extremely important. This position will be an integral part of our core operations team and works closely with our clients and agents.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone and Greeting guests
  • Opening and closing office
  • Preparing conference room for meetings
  • Opening daily mail
  • Copying/scanning/emailing documents
  • Monitor office supply inventory
  • Uploading digital documents in Transaction Management System
  • Managing agent onboarding and separation processes
  • Assist with listings and real estate transactions from pending through to closing
  • Conduct technology training and support
  • Support compliance review of transaction documents in Transaction Management System
  • Manage multiple social media sites
  • Manage multiple communication and scheduling platforms
     

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (required); real estate, mortgage or title experience
  • Real Estate license required
  • Strong computer and tech-savvy skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within set deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be positive and motivated
  • Must be team oriented
  • Must be learning based
  • A high level of integrity and respect for others

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). This role needs to come into the office Monday through Friday.
