- Providing customer service
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, i.e. Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Sending faxes and emails
- Managing documents and files
- Sending and receiving documents for the company
- Answering the phone
- Assisting in various daily operations
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
- Greeting guests and visitors
- Offer ad–hoc administrative support to clients and other departments (Logistics, Scheduling, Materials, etc.)
Requirements:
- 3 years of Administrative experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Initiatives toward the work
- Problem-solving skills
- Organized & Consistent
- Quick learner and be able to self learn with less supervision
- Excellent in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to follow directions and report directly to the president
Experience
· Previous experience on a manufacturing floor preferred
· Experience in glass handling and window or door manufacturing a plus
· Excellent attendance
Education
· High School Diploma or GED
