Position Summary
To provide both the Beverage& Food Category marketing leaders with comprehensive support, necessary to maximize workflow and efficiency of a large and diverse team.
Primary Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages on behalf of marketing team, the creation of PRs; issue of POs: and approval of invoices for marketing expenditure.
- Communication with suppliers as necessary to answer queried invoices and liaise with Manila as necessary
- Provides monthly status of PFME expenditure, ensuring any blocked invoices are reconciled and paid according to Nestle payment terms
- Manages use of corporate P-card and purchases approved by managers for items such as shipping, temporary contractors and external supplier invoices, label and graphic printing (in line with Pcard policy)
- Responsible for all samples; tracking of and shipping of samples as necessary: and ensuring that product is available for meetings, customer presentations and in office (both products and equipment)
- Owns and manages all 'team rooms/share-point rooms used by marketing function.
- Co-ordinates the provision of monthly information for all local, regional and global meetings (success stories, organizational charts) as requested
- Manages customer requests for information as necessary (including information such as recipes, nutritional information,
- Liaising with Archway as necessary on POS materials and ensuring stock levels of key marketing materials are maintained
- Project Management Assistance with Graphics Manager (pull job number, create job jackets and schedule board) managing the workflow
- Support as needed in specific on/off site meeting and events (trade shows or customer shows)
- Support to VP Marketing Beverage & VP Marketing Food (& also Head of Sales Operations & CLM) with Calendar Management and all Travel & Expenses

Requirements And Minimum Education Level
High School Diploma required and minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Administrative skills; Advanced MS Word & PowerPoint, Intermediate MS Excel, knowledge of basic business, numerate, telephone skills, filing (electronic & manual), and professional-level organizational skills
- Ideally experience of working for teams and in an “admin heavy" environment
