We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Summit in our Sioux Falls office! The ideal applicant will have a courteous, friendly phone and front office demeanor, an eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Live by the “Golden Rule” and work with other associates to build a strong team atmosphere
- Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office
- Organize office activities, ex. Ordering lunches, snacks, meeting organization, etc
- Run errands: ex. Post office, FedEx, UPS
- Transport staff to & from airport as required
- Manage stock of office supplies
- Sort and distribute mail
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception desk area is tidy and presentable
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- 1-2 years in a customer service role
- Experience managing multiple phone lines preferred
- Detailed, and can work with a sense of urgency while providing excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
