Join our expanding team of professional and qualified environmental, construction monitoring and real estate staff members, who focus on providing solutions in challenging real estate transactions to national and community lending institutions as well as other real estate professionals.
Our regional consulting firm has an open position for an Administrative Support Staff person in our downtown Buffalo corporate office.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Main Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Monitor and maintain client orders on various internet account platforms for LCS clients
  • Coordinate and track Vendor Accounts for RFP’s, Bids, Awards and Authorizations for various due diligence reports
  • Tracking projects
  • Downloading and uploading project information
  • Electronic filing of orders, emails, reports, etc.

Clerical other

  • Assistance with entering project information/job set up
  • Assistance with report publishing and distribution
  • Back up for coordination and tracking of track travel arrangements
  • Back up for reception including answering phones and directing calls

Required Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate computer skills including internet searches and Gmail
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe, and Google Sheets with the ability to easily learn how to use other computer programs

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Strong ability to multi-task and enforce deadlines

Qualification Standards
Two Year Associates Degree or equivalent, preferred; or High School degree or equivalent and two+ years of experience handling similar duties
