Job Description:

Join us and make a difference as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. An Administrative Assistant / Receptionist provides essential day-to-day support to VPs and Corporate Staff to ensure efficient operation of the Corporate Office.  This position also oversees assigned Corporate Office support activities as required.

Position Qualifications:

        Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of basic personal computer and software applications used in job functions (MS Suite)

        Education and/or Experience: 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
  • Previous AA or EA level experience preferred
  • Typing proficiency minimum of 55 words per minute
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
