Job Responsibilities
- Post specified job positions on college / recruiting sites such as Handshake and Indeed.
- Review candidate applications for positions against our requirements and shortlist those qualified.
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment for people of all genders, ages, races and other protected statuses.
- Utilize company provided email to communicate with hiring managers, HR staff, and/or candidates.
- Assist new staff in completion & pre on-boarding paperwork.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office / GSuite
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Associates degree or higher in a relevant field
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
- Certification in human resources or a related field
