CED seeks a Spanish and English fluent, detail-oriented administrative wizard who can help build and manage operational systems. The Administrative and Finance Coordinator will ensure that CED’s administrative functions run smoothly at all times. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in Roxbury, MA. We are seeking for the position to start ASAP.

 

Core responsibilities include:

 
  • Scheduling and administrative support for the director (25%)
  • Entering data for bookkeeping and financial management (15%)
  • Managing invoices, expense tracking and receipts (15%)
  • Written translation of program materials and occasional interpretation between English and Spanish (15%)
  • Managing office space and team calendar (10%)
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external events (10%)
  • Managing online drives, contact database (5%)
  • Other administrative duties as assigned (5%)
 

Successful Candidates will Display the Following Attributes:

  • Commitment to social and economic justice
  • Obsessively detail oriented!
  • Polished communicator - in writing, in person, and on the phone in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and Google Apps
  • General tech savvy and an ability to navigate multiple web systems
  • Prior QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required
