Lend Plus is a direct lender based in Aliso Viejo, CA, specializing in residential home loans. Our mission is to make buying and refinancing a home a rewarding and painless process for our borrowers. Our average banker has over 10 years of experience and we couple this experience with our drive to provide world-class service to deliver exceptional levels of borrower satisfaction.
We offer conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgage, JUMBO/Non-Conforming and Non-QM home loans.
