Admin Assistant needs 3 years’ experience
Admin Assistant requires:
- Hybrid in Boston, MA Office (Tues-Thurs in office, M/F from home)
- 8:30 AM - 5 PM
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience
- 3 years experience in a corporate environment
- Microsoft Office applications
- Able to learn new tools and technologies for process and system improvements
Admin Assistant duties:
- Process invoices and expenses and reconcile to the yearly budget using Excel.
- Open and sort mail, scan into SharePoint and share with Tax team.
- Mail required tax returns and related filings with certified receipts.
