Acquisition Management Support III

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks an Acquisition Manager with seven (7) years of full-time professional experience providing high level subject matter expertise in Acquisition Management Support. Experience providing advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex acquisition problems which require knowledge of the FAR/DFARS and subject matter for effective implementation. Experience in applying principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific Task Order requirements. 

Experience in providing advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. 

Past experience should include management with DoD acquisition programs, the overall management of the specific Task Orders, coordinating the implementation of technical/financial solutions and schedules in specific delivery orders to meet milestones. Organizational, coordination, planning, and leadership skills is essential in managing the acquisition planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. 

• Bachelor’s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and hold U.S. Secret security clearance

• A level II DAWIA Certification in Contracting may be substituted for four (4) years of work experience
