Job Summary
We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to process and deposit payments, answer billing questions, and correct discrepancies.
Schedule: Position is full-time, Monday – Friday in office. 8-hour days.
What You’ll Do
- You are a stickler for accuracy and detail while entering payment and customer information into accounting software.
- You foster a positive impression with customers while answering their questions regarding invoices, past due amounts, and other billing related concerns.
- You can’t help but smile as you hear the “cha-ching” sound while completing daily cash, check, & ACH deposits
- Run reports, compare and analyze information to confirm accuracy and root out discrepancies.
- You will sort and distribute mail to all the staff in the building. Keeping score of who receives the most junk mail is optional.
- Assist Credit Administrator with new customers and delinquent accounts.
