Agriculture Development Group, Inc. (ADG) is a company that specializes in agriculture research, consulting, association management and farming. We are seeking a self-motivated, fiscally responsible office manager who can multitask, is organized and is comfortable working with the public, as well as directly for the president, of a fast-paced, multi-faceted company.

The successful applicant must have expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, Access and other Microsoft applications, must have knowledge of accounting practices, office procedures and web site design and support. This position is responsible for all payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings. Human resource knowledge and experience is preferred, but not required.

Experience working for a board of directors, fluency in Spanish and with event planning is desirable. Knowledge of agriculture is desirable. A four-year accredited degree in a relevant area is desired (online degrees are not acceptable). The candidate must show evidence of written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

ADG offers 4 weeks paid vacation and two weeks sick leave, medical insurance and a retirement plan. Our company is small, growing, friendly and determined to generate success for our owner, employees and clients. Bonuses, work incentives and additional benefits are available for this position. The position is available immediately. Salary range is $35,000 to $43,000, depending on qualifications.

Office location is 2621 Ringold Road, Eltopia, 15 miles north of Pasco, WA.
