Job Description:

We are looking to immediately fill the position of Accounting Coordinator to assist in our Accounting Dept. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable data entry, accounts receivables data entry, reconciliation of credit card statements, transaction data entry, overseeing distribution expenses as well as assisting with royalty reporting and additional ad-hoc projects as needed. This is a hands-on position and requires a candidate who is excellent at multi-tasking and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.


Requirements:

  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2+ years working in similar role
  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Quick Books
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptionally organized and able to work independently
