About this Role:

We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives on customer success, relationship-management and revenue outcomes.
 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:

 
  • Manage a 30-40 customer accounts 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our client's HR organization, goals and success criteria
  • Execute quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders 
  • Share performance data, ensure you understand the customer's recruitment marketing and recruiting outcomes 
  • Proactively upsell / cross-sell within your book of business to ensure that revenue retention is maximized
  Requirements:
  • You have at least 2 years experience in B2B account management or customer success
  • You have experience selling into HR stakeholders, e.g. recruitment marketing, talent acquisition or diversity, equity, and inclusion professionals
  • You have a track record of achieving quota 
  • You are consultative and a problem solver
  • You are independent, self-directed and you strive for excellence
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
