Responsibilities:
- Sell our premium business identity & marketing products
- Assist in placing orders online, over the phone / in person
- Work with the Production Manager, to ensure all orders are on track.
- Build relationships with new clients
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Pursue up sell / cross sell opportunities within existing client base
- Generate new business, predominantly over the phone & via e-mail
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or 2 Years into Bachelors Degree
- At least 2 years of sales, marketing, or print experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Email.
- Ability to multitask. (Can you be on the phone and your computer at the same time?)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 4 years of experience in sales and/or commercial printing.
