Account Executive

Commercial HVAC Company in Springfield VA., looking for a motivated Sales Representatives. With related HVAC or Sales experience to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.
Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player. Responsibilities include but not limited to updating, renewing, and creating preventive maintenance contracts. .
Working with new and existing customers. Promote sales from within, make contacts, follow leads, and cold calling.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
