Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Educate, strategize and successfully sell our virtual staffing solutions through outbound calls/emails and in person visits when necessary.
- Consult with warm leads about the best ways to meet their business-practice needs, and aim to close sales.
- Utilize social media, phone calls, emails, in-person visits and other methods to reach potential provider practices and build strong relationships with them.
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to possible clients the benefits our products could have for them.
- Serve as an expert in our virtual staffing offerings and be a go-to source for customers who want to learn more about our products.
Account Management
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their practice and staffing needs and ensuring we're meeting their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams/staff to ensure clients needs are met.
- Seek opportunities to cross sell other services offered by our companies to clients.
- Conduct client account review meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
Required
- High School Diploma and 2 Years of customer-facing experience
- OR 18 months of outbound sales experience
- BLS Certification (CPR for Healthcare) upon hire
- Proficiency MS Office / Google Suite
- No fear of the phone
- General computer and email proficiency
Preferred
- Two years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare related
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or related field.
Compensation: 10% of your clients accounts MRR; up to position maximum.
