Position Summary and Role Overview

 

OmniEngine is helping businesses across the United States acquire and retain high-quality customers by the thousands. Our Amazon campaign is the largest and fastest growing B2B campaign at our company! As an Account Executive representing Amazon, you will be responsible for generating conversations with businesses to learn about potential partnership opportunities. From there, you will utilize your product knowledge to own the end-to-end sales cycle and create long-lasting, successful partnerships with high-quality B2B customers.

 

We need Account Executives who can manage a portfolio of accounts, close new business, and have the potential to become sales team leaders as we continue to grow in the future. We need people who are collaborative, motivated, curious, articulate, and have a track record of high-achievement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Full sales cycle management including cold calling, prospecting, qualifying, and closing B2B opportunities

  • Manage a high volume of leads and prospects in a high-velocity sales environment

  • Utilize our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively

  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota
 

Skill and Experience Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Full cycle sales management & B2B experience preferred

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically

  • Experience working in CRMs is a plus! (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Flexible and coachable attitude

  • Someone who thrives in an environment where hard work, focus and energy are rewarded.

  • Real Estate or Property Management knowledge is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Pay + Commission (uncapped) based on performance
