Location: Austin, TX or Boston, MA area | Hybrid | Expect quarterly client travel
Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3-4 years)
Start Date: April 2024
Salary: $80-85K with a bonus of $10-15K

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager who is passionate about digital
media strategy and audience intelligence technology.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in adtech and/or digital media. Your role will
involve working closely with our clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of the consumr.ai platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure alignment with our services.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Guide clients through best practices and tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Help in optimizing targeting and improving customer engagement strategies.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer within our company.
  • Provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to help shape future product development.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Adoption Planning: Establish and Monitor a Joint Success Plan for each account in your assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure the consumr.ai platform is accepted as ‘table stakes’ by each client organization.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in digital media or adtech.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  •  Proficiency in Meta ads Manager, Google Ads a plus
  •  Understanding of how brands typically approach first party data activation is a plus.
  • Working with start ups is a plus
